Carrillo Wedding – Be My Bridesmaid?

– Asking your Bridesmaids –

Devin and I decided early on in our engagement that we wanted to do something special to ask everyone to be in our wedding party. After consulting a few wedding blogs, Pinterest and Etsy I came up with something I loved and knew my girls would too.

With so many wedding festivities to attend in the future, I thought it would be nice for each of the girls to have a tank and tumbler to use throughout the bridal shower, bachelorette and getting ready day of.

I made each of my bridesmaids a tank top with rhinestone appliqués I ironed onto a plain yellow tank top. (I also decided to make shirts for our moms and grandmas so that they could be part of all the fun too).

I found custom tumblers on Etsy, this seller was the only one that let me pick different dress styles and colors for each of the girls.

 

The finishing touch was these cute letterpressed calligraphy cards.

I loved the way everything turned out and more importantly, each of the girls replied ecstatically YES, they would love to be in our wedding. I couldn’t be happier than to have had such a great group of girls by my side as I married my best friend.
